Executable for windows is now downloadable!

An executable for windows is now available to download! So no more lag and odd behaviour from slow internet speeds! 

I have slow internet speeds (typical British wifi) and played my own game once I published it, and I saw some minor unintended behaviour (delayed sprite changes for defeated entities) that was not present in the executable build. This is my fix for that.
